Billy Zinser, a Dallas-based artist. Working primarily in oil painting, as well as in illustration and sculpture, his work is mostly abstract and non-objective, with the occasional figurative abstraction (seen more plainly in the small sculptures and toys). The work is a combination of a simple cartoon aesthetic and of painterly brush stokes & mark making.
