[edit] Biography
David Charles Cooper was born in a tiny fishing village in Nova Scotia in 1967. In the intervening years Dave has produced a number of iconoclastic and award-winning graphic novels, made short animated films and worked as an art director and designer for animated series, and sold his artworks around the world. Recently Dave has been concentrating almost exclusively on painting and drawing in preparation for four solo gallery shows in 2005 and 2006 - not forgetting his ongoing toy making adventures with Critterbox.
Dave now lives in Ottawa, Canada with his wife Julie and his greatest work of art - their son Jake.
