Created by Mark Landwehr for Coarse Toys. Chopper was initially a release for the Vans store in Germany, 200 pieces made in total (60 were released for international sale). Chopper is similar to the Pain release but has notable differences, the wicked meat cleaver accessory, a new deck design, and different kicks. Chopper stood an enormous 24" tall and retailed at $290. Released in 2008.
