I was born in London and grew up in rural Sussex. I studied graphics at Central St. Martins, then got a job in publishing. I got bored of that and applied to train as a 'headbuilder' for the satirical TV program Spitting Image. When that ended I became a freelance sculptor. I live in East London. My studio is in Hackney Wick, right next to the Olympics.
