New page

Created by [[James Jarvis]] and produced by [[Amos Toys]], Magical Plastic Band was part of the In Crowd series.
''"Application, Concentration, Moderation"''

''Major Moulty's Amazing Magical Plastic Band were part of the second wave of the 1960s British Invasion. Following the success of acts like the Beatles, the Rolling Stones and the Jimi Hendrix Experience, the way was open for the new rock sound heard at swinging London clubs such as Middle Earth and UFO. Unlike their contemporaries, Moulty's Psychedelic Pop music was in no way drug induced and they most definitely were not "Turned On". In fact, in their groundbreaking concept LP "The Thoroughly Interesting Life of Mr Jones" they introduced the famous counter counter-culture phrase "Application, Concentration, Moderation".''
