Created by Joe Ledbetter. The original Fire Cat stands 6.5" tall and was produced by Wheaty Wheat in October 2005.
In 2012, super-limited edition and enormous 48" Mega Fire Cats were produced by The Loyal Subjects. They were produced in fibreglass.
In 2014, Joe self-produced a new edition of Fire Cat standing 11" tall.
