Created and produced by UME Toys, Hugo Shortpants is a resin figure standing 4" tall and released in 2012. Pumpkin and proud of it, meet Hugo Shortpants fresh from the UME resin labs here's the hand painted orange headed cutey keeping himself wrapped up warm in his little scarf.
