Created by Bob Conge of Plaseebo. First released at NYCC'09 with ICE Version 1, a signed, limited hand cast clear urethane edition with cobalt blue glass eye inserts and a new switched internal battery operated colour changing LED unit that projects the colours up through the clear head and body.
