Biography

The work of MAp-MAp is the underhanded creations of Matthew Plater. A UK artist originating from the city of Leicester he flips around the world of many traditional & digital mediums to push out any ideas he mulls over. Those ideas mainly come from a curiosity for the visually appealing and skin deep oddity in the characters and places he sees on his travel.

With all knowledge being twisted by his vibrantly wasted youth spent on Saturday cartoon mornings & after school SNES marathons all edited by a young teen life spent in the woods & farmland of Derbyshire.
